2. How long has Paradise Plants been in business?
Incorporated and started business in 1998. We are big enough to handle any large account and small enough to handle smaller accounts. 

3. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We can meet any insurance requirement.

4. Where is your office and facility located?

We are not opened for retail to the general public, but have offices in Miami-Dade and Broward County.

​5. What are your business hours?
Our business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Voicemail is available. Just leave a message and your call will be returned promptly. 

6. What areas do you service?
Our service area includes all of Miami-Dade and Broward County, including Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Sunrise, Miami Beach, and Coconut Grove, and all other surrounding areas.

7. How often is service provided?
Our technician will visit your office on a weekly basis to insure your plants remain healthy and vibrant.

8. What is guaranteed?
Our plant service will always be the best service for the best price! All of the plants are guaranteed with free replacement and your plant will always be healthy clean and vibrant.

9. What is the cost you your service?
Every situation is different. It depends on the amount of plants, lighting, and accessibility conditions. We will always offer the best service for the best price!

10. Will I see the same service technician weekly?
Yes. The same technician will visit weekly. Our employees are dependable and courteous. You will recognize them by their standard uniforms. Our employees are will trained in making sure you are very happy with your interior environment. Work is done on a quiet and professional basis. You will see the same friendly professional technician weekly. After each visit you will sign a sheet showing complete service.

11. What about Holidays?
If your service day fall on a Holiday your account will always be serviced, however your service day will be changed. 

12. How long to get installed?
Installations in most cases are the next day. We know you are excited about your new office look and we will do everything to get you installed immediately. 

13. When and how will I be billed?
You will be invoiced upon installation and you will receive an invoice monthly thereafter.

14. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Feel free to set up automatic monthly payments to your credit card or ACH bank payments.
